ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedrooms, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TV, DVD player and fast WiFi, Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Washer/dryer available.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
