Mountain Fever is perfect for the family that wants to do it all! Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear close to Snow Summit Ski Resort, the lake and the Village. Modern aesthetics meet mountain charm in this gorgeous two-story home!

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2000+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. Downstairs first bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs third bedroom has four twin beds. Upstairs fourth bedroom has a queen bed and double/twin bunk bed. The game room has a twin bed and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room with foosball table! Board games and card games. TVs with Satellite and fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Washer/dryer available.

OUTDOORS - Gas barbecue and a large back deck with patio furniture!

PARKING - 4-car driveway

Other things to note:
 Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 10 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
No pets allowed
Check in after 4 pm
Check out before 11 am (before 10 am 11/20 - 2/28)

We had our 7 grandkids with us. They had a blast with the pool table and foosball table. Plenty of room, clean and comfortable.

We come out here every year for a labor day softball tournament, this year we stayed here.. place a is cool for a large group to have a good time and hang out two baths and a lot of beds, like the desk in the back to BBQ and hang out. Like this place for the money it was well worth it I have stayed in other placed that cost a lot more and not as good as this. staff really attentive to our needs. Will be back.

Good price, compared to other places weve rented in big bear before, seemed very attentive and place had a little extra commendations, that other places didn't have, like soap, trash bags, clean towels it was cool for the price.

We really enjoyed our stay. Centralized heating and heater in the bathroom was a plus. The kitchen had ample dinner and cookware which made cooking easy. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool table was very entertaining. I would definitely rent this cabin again

"MLK Weekend Trip to Bear Mountain "

Great place to stay for our group of 9 people. Parking area was large enough for our 4 cars. The home is very comfortable with plenty of seating area around the dining and living area. The kitchen is ample with plenty of cooking equipment to make great meals for the group. The foosball and pool table were great for lounging around while having drinking. Nice surprise to see toiletries in the bathrooms and in the laundry room. Beds were comfortable. The home is located very close to Ski Rentals and the Village and about 5 minutes away from Bear Mountain. Overall a great stay.
