Bear Mountain Escape Condo is perfect for everyone. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear on the golf course and a short walk to bear mountain. This property comes equipped with everything you need to ensure a peaceful mountain getaway! 

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1400+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, private bath, and deck. Second bedroom has twin bunk beds, twin bed, TV, and private bath. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. 

AMENITIES - Cable TVs along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Lower and upper back decks and barbecue. Condo located on golf course and a close walk to Bear Mountain. 

PARKING - Parking for one vehicle in the garage. 

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people (6 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
No pets allowed
Check in after 4 pm
Check out before 11 am (before 10 am 11/20 - 2/28)

Great place to stay for our trip! We all thoroughly enjoyed the accommodation. There were plenty of beds, pillows and linens for all of my friends. It was easy to book my stay with Big Bear Cool Cabins. My family and I enjoyed our stay at Big Bear. The condo I booked was more than what I expected.
