ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and private bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Downstairs third bedroom has a twin/queen bunk bed and smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, rice cooker, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs with cable along with streaming apps and fast Wi-Fi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer. 

OUTDOORS - Patio furniture, gas barbecue, and outdoor table. Front balcony and back enclosed side deck. 

PARKING - 3 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
No pets allowed
