LIVING SPACE - Spacious 3000+ sq ft home with living room, game room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 5 bedroom, 3 bath. Downstairs first master suite has a king bed, TV, and private bath with jet tub. Upstairs second master suite has a king bed, TV, bath, and deck. Downstairs third bedroom has a king bed, double/twin bunk beds, and TV. Upstairs fourth bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs fifth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, twin bed, and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available. 

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, center island, stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. 

AMENITIES - Game room with pool table and arcade game. Two cable TVs, sling TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Outdoor furniture and gas barbecue. Enjoy the large wrap around deck and fenced yard. This property is close to the horseback riding recreation facility and provides unforgettable forest views. 

PARKING - 4 car driveway 

Other things to note:
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 12 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund. 
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)  
Check in after 4 pm
