Abe's Cool Cabin is a stunning log cabin style property, ideal for larger families. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear in the Fox Farm neighborhood. Abe's has beautiful forest views and is just a short drive to the ski slopes, lake, golf, zoo, restaurants, shops, and more!
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2100+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, bar seating, a stunning floor to ceiling river rock gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 3 bath. Upstairs master suite has a king bed, sitting area, TV, DVD player, and private bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed, TV, DVD player. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen bed, TV, DVD player. Upstairs fourth bedroom has three twin beds, each with a trundle bed, TV, DVD player, and bath. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Game room with pool table and foosball! Board games and card games. TVs with cable and fast WiFi. Relax in the glow of the gorgeous gas fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Hot tub!! There is a large porch and back deck with a gas barbecue.
PARKING - 4 car driveway
Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 11 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
