Minutes to the Snow Summit Ski Resort, and Bear Mountain Ski Resort. Modern aesthetics meet mountain charm in this gorgeous single-story home with central heating.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1400+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful brick wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Third bedroom has a twin/twin bunk bed, a trundle bed, and a TV. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
