ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Second floor/entry level first bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed, queen/twin bunk bed, and TV. Upstairs third bedroom has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available. 

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. 

AMENITIES - Smart TVs with cable and Roku, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, foosball table, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Large back deck with NEW hot tub, patio furniture, and gas barbecue. Enjoy the fenced yard!

Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund. 
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
