Reviewed on 2024-01-21 by RaniaThe cabin was great. Clean and organized just missing very important thing for snow days, washer and dryer for all the wet clothes that we had. We couldn't enjoy the snow outside because we didn't have a way to dry up the clothes. Also no hair dryer.

Bear Pause is perfect for everyone. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear and walking distance to Alpine Slide at Magic Mountain, the lake, and more! This log cabin is perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing mountain getaway!
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1200+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Upstairs master bedroom/loft has a queen bed, TV, and half bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a double bed and TV. Downstairs third bedroom has a double bed and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stove, oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Foosball table! TVs, Netflix and Amazon Prime along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.
OUTDOORS - Back deck, charcoal barbecue, and patio furniture. Forest views, walking distance to lake and Village.
PARKING - 2 car driveway
Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
