LIVING SPACE - Comfortable 700+ sq ft home with living room, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has queen bed and smart TV. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Everything you need! Stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Smart TV and complimentary WiFi will keep you entertained after a day of shopping in The Village. Lounge near the cozy wood burning fireplace in the winter and fall seasons.
OUTDOORS - Covered concrete patios look out onto a quiet and relaxing mountain neighborhood.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 3 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
