LIVING SPACE - Comfy 1000+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, bar seating, dining table, wood stove fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. First master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and private bath. Second master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and private bath. Living room has a sofa sleeper. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Cooktop stove with 5 burners, oven, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Smart TVs, Firestick, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Pac 'n Play available. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
