"CANYON CABIN"

The canyon cabin was so cozy. It was nestled up against the forest and watching the rabbits, squirrels, and birds was so relaxing. Neighboring properties are close, but you'd never know it. At night the neighborhood is dark and quiet, and even during the day it's peaceful. Cool cabins made the check in and out process simple and easy and were always pleasant when we had questions. We will be staying at more cabins through Cool Cabins for sure!

We loved staying on the quiet side of the lake. It's close to hiking/biking trails, public marinas and picnic areas. If you want the excitement of Big Bear village it's a short, scenic drive.

Nice cabin away from it all. Yes, FYI, for those that can’t read instructions, one must check in at the Cool Cabin office across the lake which is no big deal. Staff and communication is a 10+. Place is clean and has everything one would need. Will definitely recommend this place.

WALK TO LAKE/MARINA! 

Canyon Cabin is perfect for everyone. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear just a short walk to the lake, National Forest hiking trails, picnic areas, and more. This comfortable rustic cabin is situated on the quiet side of the lake and comes equipped with everything you need for a memorable mountain getaway. 

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1100+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a beautiful gas log fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and private bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed. Living room has a futon. Extra blankets and pillows are available. 

KITCHEN - Stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. 

AMENITIES - Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Front deck with propane barbecue. 

PARKING - 2 car driveway

Other things to note:
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
