Reviewed on 2024-05-19 by Jasongreat first time experience with cabins . it was very clean and ready to use . pretty spacious and everything is very close by like restaurants stores and boat rides . definitely recommend cool cabins for being so attentive and always answering my every question or concern . the only thing is that the bathrooms have no lock to their door and it was a bit too warm at night . but if u open the windows it was cool and perfect . my mom had a great time for her birthday . you can add the birthday package and it includes decorations, roses , and cake ❤️

Casa de Oso Lakefront is perfect for everyone. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear walking distance to the Village, shops, restaurants, and more. Modern aesthetics meet mountain charm in this gorgeous two-story home with central heating!
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 3200+ sq ft home with living room, game room, cinema room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, beautiful wood burning fireplaces, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, fireplace, and bath. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs third bedroom has two queen beds. Downstairs fourth bedroom has queen/queen bunk beds and twin/double bunk beds. Upstairs fifth bedroom has a king bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, bar, six burner stove, double oven, double door refrigerator with water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Game room with pool table. Cinema room with surround sound. Board games and card games. TVs with streaming apps and fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy fireplaces. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

The lake levels vary throughout the year and cannot be guaranteed at the time of your stay.
Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 16 people (12 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
