ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom. Second bedroom has a twin/full bunk bed. Third bedroom has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Air hockey table! Board games and card games. Smart TVs, with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
