This cozy cabin offers a relaxing stay in the mountains of Big Bear. Close to everything, you’ll be only minutes away from The Village, the Lake, and the slopes! Ideal for couples, this home has everything you need for a quick weekend getaway!
LIVING SPACE - Cozy 400+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, gas fireplace, and comfy living room seating. The bedroom has a double bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Full sized appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spice rack, and more.
AMENITIES - Board games and card games. The TV and complimentary WiFi will keep you entertained while relaxing at the property. Get comfortable by the fireplace in the winter and fall seasons. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Hot tub, outdoor dining set, and charcoal barbecue for sunny summer days. The fully fenced yard makes for a safe place for a small pet to play.
PARKING - 1 car driveway
Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 2 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
