We stayed at Coy Cottage for 4 days in Mid October. It was a small, cozy cabin-like home with knotty pine walls and every amenity one would need for a relaxing getaway. Nice sofa and recliner chairs for curling up to read. Great kitchen for food prep and a cool corner dining table for meals. The heat worked well and the hot water was quick to flow. It was close to the hustle and bustle of Big Bear City but in a very quiet neighborhood. The staff at Cool Cabins office were professional and informative. We loved our visit and wished we could stay longer.

This house was so cute and cozy... lots of attention to detail. The only negative thing I can say about it is that you do have to pay to leave your trash. With four kids, taking it with us wasn’t an option because our car was jam packed. But other than that! I with we could’ve stayed longer! Can’t wait to come back! In addition... we stay in a different house/hotel/timeshare every weekend. This house is true to its pictures!! What you see online Is What you get!!

Cozy and welcoming . It has all the necessities including a washer and dryer . Had minor power issue in one of the bedrooms; reported it and maintenance was sent out and problem was fixed shortly after.

House was amazing, great layout, super comfy beds, chairs, pillows and lots of charm. Fantastic manager you can tell knows what she is doing which makes life easy! Location was close enough w/o hustle/bustle. Everything was warm and perfect!

Coy Cottage is located in a lovely quiet area of Big Bear close to Oktoberfest, The Big Bear Historical Museum, and the national forest. Modern aesthetics meet mountain charm in this family friendly property, only minutes from the center of town.

LIVING SPACE - Comfortable 800+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, bar seating, beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of cozy living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a king bed. Second bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Natural wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, four burner stove with griddle and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Smart TVs with cable and streaming apps complimented by fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Relax on the comfortable covered porch with great views. Grill up your family's favorites on the gas barbecue.

PARKING - 2 car driveway

Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
