This beautiful lakefront home is perfect for living the lakeside lifestyle! Located less than one mile to The Big Bear Village and a short drive to ski resorts. Close to National Forest hiking trails. This gorgeous two-story log cabin style home is filled with mountain charm and comes with central heating. It's the perfect family getaway on the water with large windows in the living room to enjoy the view.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1900+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, island with counter seating, a beautiful river rock wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and private bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Downstairs third bedroom has a full/full bunk bed, and smart TV. Loft has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Foosball table in loft. Smart TVs, Roku, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Enjoy beautiful open lake views from the large back deck. Enjoy the private hot tub, patio furniture, and gas barbecue. Enjoy glorious morning sunshine as you relax and enjoy the atmosphere. This property does not have a boat dock.
PARKING - 3 car driveway with boat trailer parking and Tesla/EV charger available.
The lake levels vary throughout the year and cannot be guaranteed at the time of your stay.
Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 10 people (8 adults max).
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
Tesla/EV Charger $25 per night
