LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2600+ sq ft home with living room and guest house with separate living room, fireplace, and kitchen, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful rock gas/wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - Main house - 4 bedroom, 3 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs fourth bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed and twin bed. Guest house - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Fifth bedroom has a queen bed. Sixth bedroom has a twin/twin bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, stove with oven, double door refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

Minimum renter age: 25
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 13 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
