Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear just a short drive from the ski resorts, lake, Village, National Forest hiking trails, and more. This home comes equipped with everything you need for a memorable mountain getaway! 

LIVING SPACE - Cozy 700+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a cozy wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 1 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available. 

KITCHEN - Stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, Roku, and streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. 

OUTDOORS - Enjoy the front or back deck, while relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet. Patio furniture, corn hole, and gas barbecue. Large corner lot with a fully fenced yard, great for pets.

PARKING - 2 car driveway. Garage access.

Other things to note:
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund. 
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
