LARGE DECK WITH VIEWS!!!!! Eads by the Lake is a newly remodeled property located across from the lake on the quiet side of town. You'll be steps away from the lake, boat, kayak, and jet ski rentals.
LIVING SPACE- Spacious 1900+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, two beautiful gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS- 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Upstairs third bedroom has bunkbeds. Downstairs is a large den. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN- Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes, pots/pans, spices and more.
AMENITIES- Game room with pool table, Board games and card games. TV's along with fast WiFi. Relax near the beautiful gas fireplace with lake views!
OUTDOORS- Lakefront with large deck, patio furniture, and gas barbecue.
PARKING- 3 car driveway
The lake levels vary throughout the year and cannot be guaranteed at the time of your stay.
Other things to note:
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
