ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom plus loft, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and private bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a king bed. Loft has a twin bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Loft has a multi game table including pool table, ping pong and air hockey! Smart TVs with cable, Roku, Apple TV, and streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Board games include Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Washer dryer available.

OUTDOORS - Back deck with patio furniture, gas fire pit, and gas barbecue. Back deck is also wheelchair accessible and has a fully fenced yard!

Minimum renter age: 25
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 5 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (1 small dog only)
