ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has a double bed, twin bed and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy brick wood burning fireplace. 

OUTDOORS - Patio furniture and gas barbecue. Enjoy the spacious back deck with peek-a-boo views of the lake.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 3 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
