Wonderful stay
Reviewed on 2024-02-29 by JonnyGreat location, great price. Back yard is humongous which was nice. Home was cute and nicely decorated. Smart TVs were great. Couch was a bit uncomfortable but bedroom had a smart TV so it was no problem. Thanks we had a very good stay here and every big bear cool cabin we have stayed at. Looking forward to staying again soon

ROOMS & BEDS - 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Bedroom has a queen bed. Living room has a futon. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Smart TV, Firestick with streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy gas fireplace.
OUTDOORS - Enjoy the large fully fenced backyard with patio furniture.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 3 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
