ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a king bed. Second bedroom has a queen/twin bunk bed.  Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more. 

AMENITIES - Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. 

OUTDOORS - Front porch with porch swing and front yard with a picnic table.

PARKING - 2 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (small dogs only)
