However, as I stated in my text to you, when I pulled some plates and cups from the cupboard, I saw that they were not clean, they had dried food and coffee here and there. We had to wash those plates, cups, glasses, silverware, pots and pans we used before we used them. That was annoying. The condo was fine, we had stayed at this complex a few years ago at similar condo. This one was fine, altho the kitchen cabinets could use some updating. All in all, we were satisfied with our stay at this condo. Would've given it 5 stars had it not been for the dirty dishes.

Reviewed on 2023-12-25 by KimmieThe placie was nice and clean inside. I had to call the office to bring some new pans because the Teflon was scratched odd and they brought me new ones right away, that was nice! The only bad thing is the loud non-stop traffic.

This spacious two-story condo is located in the Bay Shore Ski & Racquet Club with 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, and basketball hoop. Beautifully decorated with modern touches. Roomy and comfortable for family and friends. Nearby the lake, marina, Boulder Bay Park, hiking trails and more! Just a short drive to all Big Bear has to offer, the Village, ski resorts, Snow Play, Convention Center and more!
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1300 sq ft home with living room, dining table, a beautiful stone wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a king bed and attached bath. Upstairs third bedroom has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Cable TVs, along with fast WiFi. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Two community swimming pools, tennis courts, and basketball hoop. Pools and Jacuzzis are seasonal and only open during certain times of the year.

PARKING - Parking for 2 vehicles, no boat/trailer parking

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pool key deposit: $50
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
