Amazing vacations
Reviewed on 2024-02-13 by VladimirWe enjoyed every minute in the Karin's Cottage. Check in was easy, the customer service was quick and efficient. When our shower got broken, it had been repaired in a couple of hours. The cabin itself is very convenient for 2-3 people and the location is good. The only comment is that the twin beds are rather short. In any case, we would recommend this property to anyone and would like to stay there again ourselves.

CUTE AND COZY COTTAGE!
Located in the beautiful Moonridge area, conveniently tucked between both ski resorts. Backing right up to the National Forest trails and nearby the Alpine Zoo. Just a short drive to the lake, Village, marinas, Snow Play, Convention Center and more! Roomy and welcoming, with an open floor concept perfect for hosting small families or a group of friends.
LIVING SPACE - Cozy 700+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed and a deck. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - A smart TV, along with fast WiFi. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with stack-able washer/dryer available.
OUTDOORS - Patio furniture and charcoal barbecue. Enjoy the spacious back deck with a picnic table and fenced yard.
PARKING - 2 car driveway
Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
