ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom. Second bedroom has a double bed. Third bedroom has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TV with surround sound, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy gas fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
