La Concha Chalet is located in the quiet area of Sugarloaf, walking distance to the park, National Forest, market, and local restaurant Kallan's Bar and Grill. 

LIVING SPACE - Cozy 600+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 1 bedroom, loft, 1 bath. Upstairs first loft bedroom has a double bed. Downstairs second bedroom has a bunkbed. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Beautiful countertops, stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs with streaming apps, along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Gas barbecue, forest views, and fenced yard.

Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
