Just a short walk away from beautiful Big Bear Lake, The Lakehouse Cabin is the perfect getaway for everyone! Recently upgraded kitchen, bathrooms, and new carpet throughout. Located in the highly desirable Gilner Point, this property is both a lake house and a winter cabin for all year-round memories. Conveniently located close to lake access, the village, ski slopes, and all that Big Bear has to offer.
LIVING SPACE - Homey 1360+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, a beautiful brick wood/gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom plus loft, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, electric fireplace, and private bath. Upstairs second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Downstairs third bedroom has a double bed. Upstairs loft has a futon and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stove only (no oven) double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Retro-style video game system, board games and card games. Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood/gas fireplace.
OUTDOORS - Propane barbecue with picnic table.
PARKING - 3 car driveway. 2 cars can park in the front and 1 car can park in the rear.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
No pets allowed including service animals & ESA. (Owner is severely allergic)
