We stayed at Lakeview Haven Cabin and it was spacious and the kids loved the game room. Location was great as well and customer service is always excellent. We will continue using Big Bear cool cabins every time we go to Big Bear. We've had such a positive experience that I recommend them to whomever I can.

We visited Big Bear for Father's Day, and booked a cabin through Big Bear Cool Cabins. From beginning to end, it was seamless! We booked lakeview haven and it was GORGEOUS, spacious and clean. Our kids loved the cabin so much, it will the the cabin we book when we go up there from now on. Check out was contactless and also very easy. I have used Cool Cabins in the past, and will continue to use and recommend them. Thank you Cool Cabins for a beautiful stay!

We have rented from cool cabins a few times now and it has always been a lovely experience. This weekend was an especially emotional time for us as we were having a memorial for my sons sudden death. Cool cabins staff were so accommodating to our needs. They assured we had an early check-in and had a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a sympathy card signed by the team waiting for us when we walked through the front door. We stayed at Lakeview Haven which was perfect for our family. Can't say enough about how fabulous they were to us!!!!

This luxurious Big Bear home is located in the desirable area of Boulder Bay. Nearby the lake, Pleasure Point Marina, Boulder Bay Park, and local hiking trails. Just a short drive to the Village, ski resorts, golf course, Snow Play, Convention Center and more! Enjoy this spacious multi-level property with central heating and plenty of amenities to keep the family entertained. Gorgeous open area perfect for hosting gatherings. 

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2100+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 3 bath. Upstairs master suite has a king bed, futon, seating area, TV with Roku, bathroom, and balcony. Downstairs second bedroom has a king bed, cable TV and deck. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed and cable TV. Downstairs fourth bedroom has two trundle beds, TV and, a bathroom. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN -  Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room with pool table, air hockey table, ping pong table and a pub style table with barstools! Board games and card games. Smart TV and cable TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Hot tub, outdoor furniture, and gas barbecue. Enjoy the gorgeous view of Big Bear from one of the spacious decks and a fenced yard!

Other things to note: 
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 13 people (10 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
