Perfect Single Family Cabin

Overall

It was the perfect little cabin for my family of 4 to enjoy! The football table and the hot tub really made the trip great. There's plenty of space behind the house to play in the snow. It also had all the amenities we needed, including a pack and play for my little one to sleep in.

Fantastic location for hiking. Hot tub was perfect. Easy check in and check out. Kitchen was great for cooking at home. Walking distance to local eateries and a short drive to the lake. Loved it.

The place is amazing so calm. Trash drop off area is not to far I do recommend bringing extra trash bags. Has an amazing back area they give you keys to unlock the back gate and can take a walk in the back wood area.

Always a pleasure! I've been booking cabins through BBCC for about 4 years now and am never disappointed. Every cabin I've stayed at has been different, but the customer service is always the same: friendly and efficient. I can't emphasize enough how important it is that you call them and speak with them if you have an issue when you arrive at the cabin. From my experience, they'll immediately do what they can to resolve the matter as long as they're still open. If not, they send someone out first thing the next morning. The best thing you can do is research the property and location prior to booking. Also, how cute is the cat that hangs out in the office? Always the highlight of my trip! :)

This is a nice, small and comfortable cottage suitable for two families. Has a very large private backyard with access to a trail and a private hot tub. It was clean and well stocked when we arrived . The only thing I would recommend is bring your own board games as the property had none

Little Brown Bear is great for your weekend getaway! Located close to Bear Mountain Resort and the new Alpine Zoo, you'll only be minutes from local entertainment and eateries.

LIVING SPACE - Comfy 900+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
2 bedroom, 1 bath. Upstairs bedroom one has a king bed. Upstairs second bedroom has a Queen bed, double bed, and twin bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Foosball table! Board games and card games. TVs with cable, ESPN, and DVD players. Relax in the spa or near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Decks with built in benches, hot tub, and charcoal barbecue. Fenced yard.

PARKING - 2 car driveway

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
