LIVING SPACE - Cozy 750+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, a beautiful brick wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Keep yourself warm by the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Spacious fully fenced back yard with gas barbecue.

Minimum renter age: 21 
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund. 
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (1 dog only)
