LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1200+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and bathroom. Upstairs second bedroom has two twin beds plus trundle, TV, and wood burning fireplace. Upstairs third bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Smart TVs with cable, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near one of the cozy wood burning fireplaces. Laundry room with stack-able washer/dryer available.
OUTDOORS - Hot tub, patio furniture, and gas barbecue. Enjoy the illuminated back deck with privacy curtains and large yard with string lights!

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
