Reviewed on 2024-02-06 by ClaytonIt's just like the pictures. We arrived during a snowstorm and the hot tub was 100 degrees. A big reason I chose this spot was the pool table and darts. The cues / darts present when we arrived made them unplayable. I bought new ones which are passable from the nearby Big 5 on 02/02/24. side note: go there at night. It's a zoo on a snow day.Every other aspect of place was well represented and the support staff are genuine, great folks. Lots of stuff in the cabinets like pillows, blankets, games.

This beautiful property is located in a quiet area with a sliver of a ski slope view and is walking distance to the ski shuttles, Bear Mountain Golf Course, and the new Big Bear Alpine Zoo. This multi level home is perfect for small family gatherings and more!
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1540+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a double bed. Upstairs second bedroom has a double bed. Game room has a twin bunk bed and Apple TV with cable. Game room has a futon. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Game room with pool table and darts! Board games and card games. This home offers smart TVs with cable, streaming apps along with fast WiFi . Keep yourself warm near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side by side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Large deck with hot tub and gas barbecue!
PARKING - 3 car driveway
Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
