ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Third bedroom has a twin/futon bunk bed, futon, and smart TV. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Detached game room with pool table, TV, and surround sound. This cabin also offers smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer. 

OUTDOORS - Wrap-a-round deck with barbecue.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (small dogs only)
