Cozy Getaway!
Reviewed on 2024-03-04 by AndrewStayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed and lake view and the quiet setting. Morning coffee watching the ducks, pelicans and cranes was a great start to the day! It is decorated just right for a "rustic" cabin feel, but with all the modern amenities; making for a great stay. Kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful. Looking forward to a return visit later in the year.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1500 sq ft home with living room, ceiling fan, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Downstairs first bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has two twin beds and a futon bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Full kitchen with Knotty Adler cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Game room with foosball table! Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.
OUTDOORS - Patio furniture, picnic table and gas barbecue. Enjoy the serene front yard or spacious back yard with stunning lake views!
PARKING - 2 car driveway
The lake levels vary throughout the year and cannot be guaranteed at the time of your stay.
Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
