LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1400+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, a dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Master bedroom has a king bed, a smart TV, and a private bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed and smart TV. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double-door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Foosball table and darts in living room. Board games and card games. Smart TVs with cable and streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi. Keep yourself warm by the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Back deck with patio furniture, and a propane barbecue. Includes beautiful forest and ski slope views.

Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
