LIVING SPACE - Homey 1000+ sq ft home with a living room, dining table, a cozy wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Upstairs first bedroom with a queen bed. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed, a fireplace, and a shared bath. Downstairs third bedroom has 2 twin beds and shared bath. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, board games, and card games. Relax by either of the two cozy wood burning fireplaces.

OUTDOORS - Large back deck with patio furniture and forest views.

Other things to note:
 Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
