ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Master bedroom has a queen bed, TV and DVD player. Second bedroom has a queen bed and bunk bed. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. 

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi and Blu-ray DVD player with DVD collection. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy rock wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side by side washer/dryer.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
