KITCHEN - Beautiful custom counter tops, custom cabinets, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, and pans. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar for additional seating.

AMENITIES - Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Cuddle up next to the cozy wood burning fireplace on those chilly Big Bear nights.

OUTDOORS - Large back deck with hot tub, gas firepit, and outdoor kitchen area with built in natural gas barbecue.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 2 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
