LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1000+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful rock wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedrooms, 3 baths. Master bedroom has a king bed, private bath, and smart TV. Second master bedroom has a king bed, private bath, and smart TV. Third bedroom, detached from main house, has a queen bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, desk, mini fridge, microwave, and private bath. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, double door refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs with cable and streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy gas fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer. 

OUTDOORS - Fenced backyard with large deck, gas barbecue, and patio furniture. Outdoor activities include mini golf in back yard (only available for use during spring and fall), and darts.

Other things to note:
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
