Reviewed on 2024-03-04 by JenifferTodo estuvo perfecto muy limpia la cabaña muy bien cuidada todo estuvo muy agradable; solo huvo un problema el sink de la cocina no bajaba bien el agua por uno de sus lados para lavar trastes desde que llegamos a la cabaña notamos eso!! Pero de todo lo demas muy buen servicio!! Recomendada al 100%

Pankratz Pines is a log cabin style two story home, minutes to Bear Mountain Resort by car and within walking distance of the shuttles. Guests will enjoy close proximity to the Bear Mountain Golf Course and Alpine Zoo as well!
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1400+ sq ft home with living room, bar seating, a beautiful river rock gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, private bath with jetted tub, and balcony. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs third bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Cable TVs and fast WiFi. Relax in the jetted tub or near the cozy gas fireplace. Laundry room with side by side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Gas barbecue and incredible views.
PARKING - 3 car driveway
Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
