"Quiet neighborhood and plenty of amenities"

The Petite Cabin was a cozy place to stay! Older, but nice cabin feel. Perfect for 5 of us. One bathroom near bedrooms has a bathtub, the other — off the kitchen — has the shower. Plenty of amenities - books, games, movies, Wi-Fi, and streaming as well as a great kitchen with plenty of dishes, pots/pans and spices. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything. When you arrive, just double check for enough bath towels and sheets for the sofa bed. Overall, we would stay there again.

Escaped the city for a birthday weekend. Lovely layout with an easy walk to the lake. The perfect place to unwind and relax with a lovely kitchen and all the essentials. Kids loved the bunk beds! Thanks petite cabin!

We instantly felt at home here with a spacious & comfortable living room, great kitchen to cook and enjoy meals next to a big window with picturesque view of trees, and enough books to entertain any genre of your liking! You can stargaze in the open backyard at night and we took many walks with our dogs through the quiet neighborhood and down to the lake. Bring your binoculars for bird watching from the front yard! Quick and easy drive to town and many trails, I would stay here again!

We had the most comfortable, extraordinary experience staying at this petite extra cozy loving cabin! Everything was perfect, super clean, safe and the greatest thing that the cabin was close to everything! The bed and the comforters and pillows are so luxurious and comfy! We are so grateful to the owners for everything and for being pet friendly, and to cool cabin property management especially the manager who gave us a discount for another day to stay, Thank you! That's how much we loved it. Our little one's and I appreciated having Netflix and Disney! We highly recommend this cabin for sure! We thank the owners for everything plus for being pet friendly! Featuring beautiful wood paneling, cabinets and furniture to give that classic cabin vibe, this lovely cabin is perfect for your next mountain getaway! Located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood but still close to all your favorite Big Bear hotspots. Nearby the lake, Holloway's Marina, Alpine Slide, local restaurants, and more. Just a short drive to the Village, ski resorts, golf course, and National Forest hiking trails.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1000+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, beautiful rock wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Second bedroom has a twin/twin bunk bed and TV. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove, double oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Outdoor furniture and gas barbecue. Enjoy the spacious front yard with tall, beautiful trees along the property.

PARKING - 2 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
