This home is a 4-minute drive from the lake, an 8-minute drive from hiking trails, ski/ snowboard slopes, and restaurants. Prime location for a family getaway in the winter or to enjoy a barbecue and fishing on the lake during the summer. Close to National Forest hiking trails.
LIVING SPACE - Cozy 700+ sq. ft. home with living room, bar seating, beautiful wood/gas burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. The first bedroom has a double bed and a smart TV. The second bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed, TV, and deck. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood/gas burning fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.
