Prescott's Place is a darling mountain abode within close proximity of everything your heart desires! Less than three miles or a five-minute drive from The Village, the lake, Big Bear Snow Play, Bear Mountain Resort & Golf Course, and the Alpine Zoo.
LIVING SPACE - Cozy 700+ sq. ft. home with living room, dining table, beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Smart TVs and streaming apps with fast Wi-Fi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.
OUTDOORS - Hot tub, patio furniture, and a charcoal barbecue.
PARKING - 2 car driveway
Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
