ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and private bath. Second bedroom has a double bed and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, Pandora's Box II arcade games, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy gas log fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
