Me and 5 friends stayed at Rincon Cabin. The Cabin was clean, and check-in and checkout were quick and easy. When our hot tub had issues, they came right out and fixed/cleaned it. I have used other cabin rental services, but I think Cool Cabins is my favorite and I will be using them next time.

Big Bear Cool Cabins was a pleasant company to work with in booking our vacation rental this summer. They were communicative, friendly, and professional. We didn’t arrive into Big Bear until close to 10pm, but the office was still open and accommodating. The office itself was easy to find, well lit, and appeared to be recently updated. When we got to our cabin, we were happy with our accommodations but did note a few discrepancies which I relayed to the office via text the following morning. I immediately received a text back acknowledging my concerns and providing quick resolution. Our checkout experience was the same. I would definitely recommend this rental company to others planning to vacation in Big Bear.

Had the opportunity to stay at Redwood Elegance, and would absolutely stay here again! The area is quiet but is close enough to town to get a drink or a bite to eat, and the floor to ceiling windows give views to awesome sunrises. The couch and beds are super comfy and the cabin has all the amenities you could ask for. I could go on for ever about the reasons you should stay here, but you really need to see it for yourself to appreciate it. Do yourself a favor and book a stay, you won't regret it! Definitely will be back!

I stayed at the Redwood Elegance cabin in Big Bear. Wow, what a great place. It is just outside of the downtown area which makes it nice and quiet but it is close enough to go out for a nice dinner at the many restaurants. My stay was great. Recommended highly. Will stay again.

My fiancee and I recently stayed at Redwood Elegance to get a away from our hectic work schedules. It couldn't have been a more relaxing experience. The beds were perfectly comfortable, the wall of windows provided us with picturesque views, and the deck was so spacious. We definitely recommend checking this place out.

"Strong WiFi "

Stayed at BBCC'a "Redwood Elegance" a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cabin. Our stay was wonderful here. The cabin features a strong WiFi, which I need it for business and a large fantastic deck for a barbecue, conversation with family and friends. Clean with all the amenities. Bring your own charcoal for the bbq.

We had the best experience using cool cabins! So professional and helpful. We stayed at Redwood Elegance and this place was beautiful! It was like having a fancy hotel in the woods. And the ginormous windows made it magical!! Definitely staying here again and again and again!

"Quiet and comfortable "

Just stayed at Redwood Elegance and it was quaint, quiet, and beds were super comfortable. Smart TV's were nice at night and the big deck in the front was great for yoga and relaxation. We will be staying again soon!

Recently remodeled contemporary mountain home with stunning floor to ceiling windows, showing off the beautiful Big Bear scenery. Bright and fresh with plenty of natural lighting. Nearby local parks, hiking trails, restaurants, Snow Play and Convention Center. Just a short drive to the lake, The Village, slopes, golf course, and more!

LIVING SPACE - Cozy 900+ sq. ft. home with a living room, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. The first bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Second bedroom has a double bed and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps, along with fast Wi-Fi. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Patio furniture and a gas barbecue. Enjoy the beautiful trees and fresh mountain air from the spacious front deck!
