Quiet & Relaxing
Reviewed on 2024-05-12 by LoriVery comfortable, quiet and relaxing. My husband and I were both shocked by the atmosphere considering how close we were to the main highway. Appreciated the customer service I received when I contacted Cool Cabins. The representative went out of her way to help me and made sure I was satisfied. Even offering us an early checkin. I wish I could remember the young lady's name, she deserves recognition for the effort she puts out for the company, Cool Cabins as well as for their guests. I would definitely recommend Boulder Pines and Cool Cabins! I will definitely stay here again.

Great location in the desirable Boulder Bay Area of Big Bear. Enjoy the mountain air in this cozy cabin. Just a short distance to shopping, slopes, Village, and National Forest.
LIVING SPACE - 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Cozy 500+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, wood burning fireplace, and comfortable seating.
ROOMS AND BEDS - Bedroom has a double bed. Living room has a double murphy bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, crockpot, rice cooker, electric skillet, electric mixer, George Forman grill, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - A/C!! Board games and card games. Smart TV with cable, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Hot Tub, front decks with patio table, umbrella, and gas barbecue. Back deck with picnic table. Walk to hiking trails and Boulder Bay Park.
PARKING - 1 car driveway
Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 3 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night ( 2 small dogs only)
