ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Upstairs first bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed with trundle. Upstairs second bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Full kitchen with a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Smart TVs with cable along with streaming apps and Wi-Fi. Keep yourself warm while sitting by the gas log fireplace. Enjoy the convenience of an onsite washer/dryer.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people .
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
