LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1,000+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, bar seating, beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom (2 Lofts), 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Living room has sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Game room with pool table. Smart TVs with streaming apps, DVD player along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax by the cozy wood burning fireplace.
OUTDOORS - Back deck with views of the ski slopes and charcoal barbecue.
PARKING - 2 car driveway
Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
